HEYBIO / YOUR INFORMATION
Privacy Policy.
Your information deserves straightforward answers.
We explain what data powers your page, what may be public and how to ask questions or exercise privacy rights. This document explains what to expect in more detail. If something is unclear, please contact us before using a feature you have questions about.
Our approach to privacy
HEYBIO is a creator page and link-sharing product by DIPO LABS. This Privacy Policy describes categories of personal data the service processes, why they are needed and what choices you may have.
The policy covers visitors, creators and people contacting our team. Individual third-party destinations reached from a public profile have their own privacy practices.
Who operates HEYBIO
HEYBIO operates under the DIPO LABS product brand. Privacy enquiries can be sent to dipolabs123@gmail.com.
For the service operator’s formal legal and postal contact information, or the appropriate privacy contact in your jurisdiction, please email us using the address above.
Data involved in the service
The information involved depends on what you do on HEYBIO. Typical categories include:
- Account details: email address, authentication identifiers and login/security events.
- Creator-provided information: username, display name, bio, uploaded avatar/media, social links, themes and public profile content.
- Operational information: requests, diagnostic logs, device/browser information and approximate network information needed for security and delivery.
- Billing metadata if paid checkout is enabled: selected plan, payment/subscription identifiers and transaction status from the payment provider.
- Support communications: messages and relevant details you choose to send us.
- Optional engagement measurements where a feature is enabled: profile views, link clicks and limited referral or device categories.
What becomes public
A published creator profile is intended for public viewing. Usernames, display names, bios, avatar images, social handles and links you choose to publish can be viewed and copied by others, including people outside HEYBIO.
Do not include a private address, phone number, confidential document or other sensitive data in a public bio or link unless you intentionally want it public. Search engines and third parties may cache public information independently.
Your login credentials, private billing details and administrative records should never be displayed on public creator profiles.
Why we process information
Information may be used for the purposes necessary to provide the features you request and manage a reliable platform.
- Create accounts, verify identity and maintain authenticated sessions.
- Publish creator pages, store links and show chosen appearance settings.
- Handle payment verification, subscription access and related customer support where billing is enabled.
- Detect abuse, secure accounts, investigate reports and comply with legal duties.
- Troubleshoot performance, respond to requests and understand feature reliability.
- Send important service or policy notices when appropriate and permitted.
Consent and other legal grounds
Where applicable law requires a legal basis, processing may rely on your consent, steps necessary to provide a requested service, compliance with law or another basis specifically allowed in your jurisdiction.
Optional analytics or marketing technologies should not be activated without the choice or notice required by applicable law. Consent can be withdrawn using the controls provided for the relevant feature, where such consent is used.
Service providers and disclosures
HEYBIO's current code is designed around infrastructure and service providers including Cloudflare for hosting, Supabase for authentication/database/storage, and Razorpay for payments when checkout is enabled. Each may process limited data needed to deliver its function under the applicable arrangement.
Data may also be shared with a user-designated external destination when a public link is clicked, or with competent authorities where required by applicable law. We do not treat a public creator page as confidential.
Our use of service providers depends on the features you use and the providers active when you access HEYBIO. Contact support if you need clarification about a specific provider.
Payment information
When paid checkout is enabled, payment information may be submitted directly to a payment partner such as Razorpay. HEYBIO's backend can receive payment and subscription identifiers, statuses, event records and reconciliation data to support billing and access decisions.
Do not send full card numbers, banking credentials, UPI PINs or authentication codes to HEYBIO support. Specific payment-provider data practices are explained in that provider's privacy materials.
Cookies and local browser storage
Essential authentication cookies may be used to maintain sessions. HEYBIO also has a browser preference record named heybio_cookie_preferences_v1 and may use temporary session storage during username claiming and onboarding.
Optional analytics or marketing storage, if introduced, requires an appropriate implementation and choice mechanism. The Cookie Policy explains categories and browser controls in more detail.
How long information is kept
Retention depends on the purpose and the applicable security, contractual, tax and legal requirements. An active account generally needs account and profile records while the account is in use. Certain security, transaction, moderation or dispute records may need a longer retention period.
We should remove, anonymize or restrict information once no longer required under the applicable retention rules. You can ask about a particular retention period, or request deletion when legally available, by contacting us.
How we protect information
HEYBIO is designed to use authenticated sessions, access controls and server-side permission checks for sensitive operations. No internet service can promise perfect security, and specific protections must be validated in the deployed environment.
Report suspected unauthorized account access or security concerns to dipolabs123@gmail.com. Please do not include passwords or financial secrets in your message.
Your privacy choices and rights
Depending on applicable law, you may be able to request access to, correction of, deletion of or information about personal data we hold; withdraw consent; raise a complaint; or exercise other statutory rights.
Contact dipolabs123@gmail.com with a clear description of your request. We may need to verify ownership before acting and may retain information where law requires. We will apply the requirements and timeframes that govern the request.
- Review what you put on your public profile before publishing.
- Use available account settings to update profile information.
- Ask for account deletion or correction where self-service controls are unavailable.
- Use browser controls for local storage and cookies.
International processing
Service providers and visitors may be located in different countries. Depending on hosting region and integrations, data may be transferred or accessed outside your country.
Any cross-border processing should follow relevant legal restrictions, contractual safeguards and published deployment details. Contact us if you need information about cross-border processing applicable to your account.
Children and younger users
HEYBIO is not intended to bypass rules protecting children. If a user is below the age at which they can independently consent under applicable law, the platform must obtain any required parental consent or avoid processing for that use case.
If you believe information was collected unlawfully from a child, contact us so that it can be reviewed promptly.
Policy updates
We may revise this Privacy Policy as features or laws change. We will update the date shown on the page and provide any additional notice or consent required for material changes.

Send privacy questions, requests or complaints to dipolabs123@gmail.com, with the subject line ‘HEYBIO Privacy Request’. Do not send passwords or full payment information by email.
