A good digital home welcomes creativity while protecting visitors, creators and their work from abuse and deception. This document explains what to expect in more detail. If something is unclear, please contact us before using a feature you have questions about.
01
A creative space for everyone
HEYBIO helps people share who they are and what they make. These Guidelines explain the boundaries that help creators and visitors feel safer while exploring public pages.
They apply to public profiles, display names, biographies, images, buttons, link destinations and other content shared through HEYBIO.
02
Be authentic
You can use a professional or creative name, but you must not impersonate another individual, brand, public figure or organization or mislead visitors about an affiliation.
Do not misuse another person's photo, brand identity or credentials to make a page appear official.
Make the purpose of your page clear.
Represent products, offers and relationships truthfully.
Do not fabricate endorsements, ratings or credentials.
03
Respect other people
You may disagree, criticize or express opinions without targeting people for abuse. Threats, stalking, coercion, targeted harassment or hateful dehumanization are not permitted.
We consider context, including whether content exposes someone to credible safety risks or directly encourages abuse.
04
No threats or dangerous abuse
Do not use HEYBIO to plan, encourage or coordinate credible violence, targeted intimidation, illegal exploitation or harmful attacks. Do not distribute instructions or content that directly facilitate serious harm.
Content that threatens another person's safety may be removed urgently, and serious threats may be reported where appropriate or legally required.
05
Protect children
Child sexual exploitation or abuse material, sexual grooming, trafficking and attempts to exploit minors are strictly prohibited.
Never publish a child's private information in a way that compromises their safety or violates applicable consent requirements. Serious child-safety reports will be prioritized.
06
Protect privacy
Do not share passwords, government identifiers, private addresses, financial information or intimate content belonging to someone else without a lawful basis and appropriate permission.
Non-consensual intimate imagery, extortion and threatening to disclose private data are not allowed.
07
No scams or deceptive links
Public link buttons must not deliberately deceive visitors about their destination or purpose. Phishing, malware distribution, fake login pages, fraudulent giveaways, misleading payment requests and investment scams are prohibited.
Do not collect credentials through impersonated forms.
Do not conceal malicious downloads or redirects.
Clearly disclose paid promotions where law or platform rules require it.
08
Respect creative ownership
Only upload images, music-related artwork, logos and other content you have rights to use. Linking to a third-party page does not automatically give you rights to copy its branding or copyrighted work.
If you believe your work has been misused, send a clear report with the page URL and enough information to evaluate the claim.
09
Illegal and restricted activity
Do not use HEYBIO to facilitate illegal sales, trafficking, financial crimes or unlawful services. Products and services subject to age restrictions, licenses or local prohibitions must not be marketed in violation of the rules that apply.
We may restrict content that creates serious safety or compliance risks even when a creator claims a transaction occurs on another website.
10
Keep links useful, not spammy
Avoid bulk unsolicited promotion, misleading keyword stuffing, automatically generated abusive pages and systems that overload or interfere with HEYBIO.
Automation must not bypass limits, create fraudulent engagement or attempt to evade moderation.
11
Content and visitor expectations
Profile photos, descriptions and links should be suitable for the audience they intentionally reach. Graphic exploitation, unlawful sexually explicit content and non-consensual material are not allowed.
Where age-related restrictions or sensitive-content controls are introduced, creators must use them honestly and comply with law. An external destination may still have separate content rules.
12
How to report an issue
If you encounter impersonation, fraud, harassment, malicious links or other suspected violations, email dipolabs123@gmail.com with the subject ‘HEYBIO Safety Report’.
Include the public HEYBIO page URL, the specific link or content involved, and a short explanation. Avoid sharing unnecessary sensitive personal data. Do not confront a suspected scammer if doing so puts you at risk.
13
How we respond
Depending on severity and available evidence, HEYBIO may remove a link, restrict a public page, issue a warning, temporarily suspend access or permanently disable an account, subject to applicable law.
Decisions should be proportionate and consistent, with appropriate safeguards against mistaken or abusive reports. Serious safety or legal concerns may require urgent measures.
14
Reviews and appeals
If you think an enforcement action was made in error, contact dipolabs123@gmail.com with your username, the notice (if any) and a concise explanation.
Review or appeal arrangements may vary based on the issue and applicable law. Do not create a new account to evade an active restriction.
15
Keeping guidelines useful
We may update these Guidelines as HEYBIO grows or new risks emerge. Any material changes will be reflected in the date on this page and communicated where required.
Our goal is to support genuine expression without turning HEYBIO into a place for deception, exploitation or abuse.
